Crl.M.P.No.1406 of 2023 in Crl.A(SR) No.55490 of 2022 M.SUNDAR, J., and M.NIRMAL KUMAR, J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,) Learned counsel for petitioner submits that captioned Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed with a prayer for dispensing with production of certified copy of judgment dated 29.11.2022 made in Spl.S.C.No.29 of 2021 on the file of Magalir Neethimandram, Tiruppur, which is the judgment which is sought to be assailed in the main appeal.
2. Though not adequately articulated, adverting to paragraph 9 of the support affidavit, Mr.T.Muruganantham, learned counsel submits that certified copy has been misplaced by the convict prisoner but in any event, a photocopy has been filed. In the days to come, it is necessary that sufficient and adequate reasons are articulated in the support affidavit.
