ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed by a third party in A.S.No.23 of 2013, which is still pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Cuddalore. The said third party had filed I.A.No.133 of 2015 under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC seeking to implead himself as the 4th respondent in the Appeal. By a detailed order, the learned Principal District Judge, Cuddalore, had held that the petitioner was neither a proper party nor a necessary party and dismissed the application by order dated 12.04.2017. Questioning that particular order, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

2.When the case was taken up for hearing on 16.03.2022, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 06.04.2022. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner and also for the respondents. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
