ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.A.Ilaya Perumal, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Haja Mohideen Gisthi, learned counsel for the respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the Waqf Board submits that there are some litigations pending in respect of two out of the five properties. Now the meeting is scheduled from 13th to 15th February, 2024.

3. Much time has lapsed after the order is passed by this Court on 13.04.2023 in W.A.No.1339 of 2022 and other appeals. It is high time the Waqf Board complies with the directions issued by this Court. The directions of this Court are amply clear.

4. We grant four months time to the Waqf Board to comply the orders of this Court dated 13.04.2023 in W.A.No.1339 of 2022 and other appeals. In case the order is not complied within four months from today, then the members of the Waqf Board including the CEO would make themselves liable for contempt.
