The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.18070 of 2023 dated 21.06.2023 has been complied with, through Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.AD7/13163/2022, dated 16.08.2024. 2.In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondent cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
