2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner herein does not have any blood relation. This Court while granting bail vide order dated 09.09.2025 has imposed the condition that one surety should be a blood surety. Hence, he seeks clarification on the same.

3. Taking into account, the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner the said condition (6th paragraph in 3rd line) is clarified as follows: "one surety must be a local surety".

4. The Registry is directed to incorporate the above and issue fresh order copy.
