JUDGMENT

When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the plaintiff submitted that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the Original Side Appeal filed by the defendants has been disposed of in terms of the compromise entered into between the parties and therefore, nothing survives in this suit.

2. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff, this Civil Suit is closed. The Court Fee is ordered to be refunded as per law.
