ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take further action based on the complaint dated 06.03.2019 lodged by the petitioner before the 3rd respondent by putting FIR for the same and investigate the same according to law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench.
