This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1 day in representing this Criminal Revision against the Order dated 10.08.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.425 of 2022 in C.C.No.166 of 2019 by the learned Principal Special Court EC & NDPS Act, Chennai.

2. Heard both side counsel and perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

3. The reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition is not satisfied. However, in order to give opportunity to the petitioner, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.
