(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.T.Deeraj, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.K.Karthik Jagannath, learned Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 to 5 and Mr.V.Sakkarapani, learned counsel for respondent No.6.

2. It is submitted that the commercial encroachment is already removed on 07.06.2023. The learned counsel for the petitioner also accepts the said fact.

3. The learned Government Advocate submits that as far as the residential encroachment is concerned, the same also would be removed within four weeks.

In view of the statement made by the learned Government Advocate, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
