The petition for anticipatory bail alleging that the respondent Police is trying to arrest them on the complaint registered in C.S.R.No.208 of 2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent Police states that no First Information Report is registered against these petitioners and that only a petition enquiry is pending.

3. Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the materials on record.

4. Considering the said fact, the anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. The petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police on receipt of the summons and participate in the enquiry. The respondent Police shall complete the enquiry in C.S.R.No.208 of 2025 within a period of fifteen days from today. Till then, there shall be no coercive action against the petitioners. If the outcome of the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, the respondent shall be at liberty to register the First Information Report and proceed further.
