This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by its order dated 31.07.2023 in Para 5(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police every day morning at 10.30 a.m., and evening at 5.00 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.16723 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police for a period of two weeks at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter every week till filing of the final report and thereafter, every monday before the Magistrate Court and thereafter as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court after committal.
