O R D E R

The petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail to the petitionersfor the offences punishable under Section 316(2) and 351(3) of BNS in Crime No.Not Known of 2025 registered on the file of the respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that one Prabu has given a petition to DSP, alleging that the petitioners herein had cheated him a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- by promising him to sell a property, but even after entering into an agreement for sale, they have not executed the deed neither returned the money they received. He further states that the petitioner from the DSP office is forwarded to the respondent police and if the petitioners co-operate with the enquiry, the respondent police will complete the enquiry.

3. Considering the said fact, the anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. The petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police on receipt of the summons and participate in the enquiry. The respondent Police 2/4

shall complete the enquiry within a period of fifteen days from today. Till then, there shall be no coercive action against the petitioners. If the outcome of the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, the respondent shall be at liberty to register the First Information Report and proceed further. 21.08.2025 stn To
