O R D E R

The petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.561 of 2019 on the file of the 1st respondent Police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is sought to be made an accused on account of the mistaken identity.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation was completed and the final report is ready to be filed before the concerned Court.

4. Since the points raised by the petitioner is factual in nature, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition. However, it is open to the petitioner to raise all his points before the Trial Court.

5. With the above observation, the petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
