The above application has been filed for declaring the petitioners 2 to 5 as major. The affidavit filed in support of the said application would indicate that the 2nd petitioner was born on 11.01.1988, the 3rd petitioner was born on 28.03.1990, the 4th petitioner was born on 25.12.1992 and the 5th petitioner was born on 20.05.1993. The applicant has also enclosed the Transfer certificates of each of the petitioners.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioners have attained majority long back, the said application is ordered as prayed for. The learned counsel for the petitioner shall carry out necessary amendment to the petition and file the same by 14.08.2020.

3.Post the matter on 16.08.2020.
