The petition to quash the FIR in Cr.No.12 of 2018,
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent would submit that investigation was conducted and final report was filed in C.C.No.501 of 2023 on the file XV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai.
3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the final report if they are advised to do so.
4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
