This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents/police not to harass the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that under the pretext of enquiry, the respondents police are unnecessarily harassing the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that enquiry was conducted on the basis of the complaint given by one Shenbaga Valli against the petitioner and in respect of which, CSR No.1450 of 2022 was issued and the same was closed on 30.11.2022.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondents. 2/4

5. Since the complaint given against the petitioner was closed, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
