2. On being satisfied with the reasons given in the petition and in continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 15.02.2019, the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Chennai, is granted a further period of 3 months to complete the investigation in Crime No.1406 of 2017 and file a final report.

3. All other observations made in the earlier order dated 15.02.2019 passed in Crl.O.P.No.4226 of 2019, shall remain intact.
