2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the main case itself has been disposed of in the trial Court and the case ended in acquittal.

4. In view of the submission made by learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), nothing survives for adjudication in the instant Criminal Original Petition.
