The civil revision petition is filed to set aside the order in IA No.3 of 2019 in OS No.1558 of 2019 dated 16.08.2023 on the file of the III Additional City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. When the matter was taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo, wherein it is stated that the matter has been settled.

3. Recording the same, the civil revision petition is closed and the matter is remitted back to the trial court. Parties are at liberty to file compromise memo before the trial court. On receipt of the compromise memo, the trial court shall pass orders in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, CMP No.23491 of 2023 is closed.
