This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining the FIR in Crime.No.9 of 2017 dated 17.04.2017 on the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Villupuram and quash the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The Learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent would submit that the charge sheet has already been filed before the Additional Mahila Court at Villupuram on 27.09.2019 and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.38 of 2020. Further, he would submit that the next hearing date is on 02.08.2021.

3. In view of the submission made by the Learned Government Advocate, nothing survives in this petition. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
