This writ petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to incorporate the petitioner's name as owner in respect of the land measuring 25 cents comprised in Survey No.190 of Athipattu Village, Ambattur Taluk.

2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of respondents 1 & 2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has sent a representation dated 17.12.2024 to the respondents, seeking patta in respect of 25 Cents in Survey No.190, Athipattu Village, Ambattur Taluk. However, till date the said representation was not considered and no order was passed by the respondents. Hence, it would be suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 2/5

respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation would be considered and appropriate orders passed within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the limited relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.12.2024, after giving due notice and opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as aggrieved persons, if any, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
