This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd Respondents to consider the Petitioner to the post of Primary School Teacher (Group - B, Non Gazetted, Non-Ministerial ) on regular basis in the Directorate of School Education, Puducherry, on the basis of the representation of the petitioner dated 24.09.2024.

2.In the considered view of this Court, the petitioner has to necessarily approach the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai Bench and the present writ petition is not maintainable before this Court. Hence, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal and workout his remedy.

3.Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, conneced miscellaneous petition is closed.
