ORDER

Earlier, this Court by an order dated 09.07.2025 directed the petitioner to deposit a balance sum of Rs.4,00,000/- on or before 18.08.2025 directly to the respondent. Now, this petition has been filed seeking for extension of time.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that due to ailments and also due to financial 2/4

constraints, she is able to pay only a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- on 16.08.2025 and balance sum of Rs.3,00,000/- is yet to be paid. She undertake to pay the same to the respondent without fail, for which she needs some more time.

3. On seeing the facts, as on date, there is some delay in payment of deposit. Considering submissions of petitioner's counsel, the time to deposit balance sum of Rs.3,00,000/- is granted for the period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
