an extent of 1744 sq.ft., with building thereon on the strength of the settlement deed dated 05.07.2004, registered as Doc No.2169/2004 on the file of the 4th respondent.

The Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "directing the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct enquiry and pass orders in the petitioners application dated 17.06.2025 within a time frame and till such time to forbear the respondents 5 to 7, from any manner dispossessing the petitioner and his wife, alienating or encumbering the property in R.S. No.16 part and 17 part, Manavalanallur Village, Virudhachalam Town in the sanctioned plan of Housing Scheme area, Manavalanallur in Virudhachalam SMT Scheme bearing House No.MI6-A-25 measuring an extent of 1744 sq.ft., with building thereon on the strength of the settlement deed 3/6

dated 05.07.2004, registered as Doc No.2169/2004 on the file of the 4th respondent".

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition stating that they would make proper petition contemplated under Section 5 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.
