This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.25834 of 2022 on 20.10.2022 to stay at Thanjavur and report before the Inspector of Police, Thanjavur Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
