This petition is filed to condone the delay of 207 days in filing the above appeal.

2.The Insurance Company/second respondent had already laid an appeal in CMA.No.890 of 2023.

3.R1 remained ex-parte before the Tribunal. Notice to the first respondent is dispensed with.

4.Mr.G.Vasudevan, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent and he is now required to file his vakalat before the Registry.

3.Service complete. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4.The Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.130673 of 2023, if the papers are otherwise in order.
