2. It is represented that in the Order dated 08.09.2017, made in W.P.No.24463 of 2004, the name of the counsel for the respondent has been wrongly typed as Mrs.K.Bhuvaneswari, Government Advocate instead of Mr.J.Sathyanarayanaprasad.

3. Registry is directed to make necessary correction in the appearance portion of the Order dated 08.09.2017, made in W.P. No.24463 of 2004, i.e., delete the name of 'Mrs.K.Bhuvaneswari, Government Advocate'

and print the name of 'Mr.J.Sathyanarayanaprasad' as counsel for the respondent.

4. Office is directed to carry out the said correction in the said order and issue fresh order copy to the learned counsel for the parties.
