C.M.P.No.22845 of 2019 in C.R.P.SR.No.97117 of 2019 R.SURESH KUMAR, J.

This petition is for dispensing with the production of the original impugned proceedings No.LE4/ 3887(A)/ 2000 dated 09.08.2018 passed by the 2nd respondent.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that, the said proceedings dated 09.08.2018 was under challenge in C.M.A.No.8 of 2010 and the said CMA since has been disposed of, as against which, since the present revision has been filed, the petitioner is not in a position to file the certified copy or original of the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 09.08.2018, as the said original order had already been filed in the said CMA.

3.In view of the above, since photocopy of the proceedings dated 09.08.2018 has been filed in the main revision, this petition is ordered.
