The learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present application and he had made an endorsement with regard to the same.

2. Further, he would requests this Court to grant liberty to file appropriate application to recall the order dated 24.11.2015.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this Court is inclined to dismiss the application as withdrawn.

4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file an appropriate application to recall the order dated 24.11.2015.
