This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 890 days in filing the instant Criminal Appeal in Crl.A.Sr.No.51141 of 2025 against the order of conviction passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram, Fast Track Mahila Court, Erode in S.C.No.92 of 2021 dated 09.01.2023.

2.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 890 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

3.Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
