Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the Check Slip RFL/PURASAIVAKKAM/85/2022 dated 01.11.2022 issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to register the Certified Copy of the Final Decree passed by Hon'ble VII-Additional City Civil Judge, Chennai in I.A.No.12024 of 2018 in O.S.No.5949 of 2014, dated 21.03.2022 presented for registration before the 3rd respondent on 01.11.2022.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for quashment of the refusal Check Slip of the 3rd respondent in RFL/PURASAIVAKKAM/85/2022, dated 01.11.2022 and for a consequential direction to the 3rd respondent to register the Certified Copy of the Final Decree passed by Hon'ble VII-Additional City Civil Judge, Chennai in I.A.No.12024 of 2018 in O.S.No. 5949 of 2014, dated 21.03.2022.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board has allotted Plot Nos.166 & 215, situated in Manali Road, Vyasarpadi, Chennai in favour of the petitioner's father. After the demise of her father, the petitioner filed a partition suit against her half brother in O.S.No.5949 of 2014 before the VII Additional City CIvil Judge, Chennai and the same was decreed on 11.04.2018 and a final decree was passed on 21.03.2022, in and by which, an extent of 2416.4 sq.ft of land was allotted in favour of the petitioner. When the petitioner presented the said final decree for registration, the same was refused to be registered by the 3rd respondent, vide refusal Check Slip in RFL/PURASAIVAKKAM/85/2022, dated 01.11.2022 on the ground that, the 2/5
said extent of land belongs to the Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board and no proper sale deed was executed between the petitioner and the Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board. Challenging the said refusal check slip, the present Writ petition is filed.
3. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 23.11.2022, the 3rd respondent registered the Decree dated 21.03.2022 made in O.S.No.5949 of 2014, presented by the petitioner as Doc.No.8572 of 2022 on 24.11.2022 and filed the compliance report to that effect before this Court.
4. In view of the above, this Court is of the view that, no further order is necessary in this petition, and accordingly, this Writ petition stands closed. No costs.
