This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 544 days in filing the above petition against the order passed by the Family Court, Vellore on 20.11.2023 in F.C.M.C.No.24 of 2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 544 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
