Challenging the notification dated 21.12.2016 issued by the second respondent, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the period of contract itself was over and hence, this writ petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
may be closed, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned afresh.
