This application has been filed to furnish the original Sale Deed dated 28.11.1994 registered as Document No.6024 of 1994 before the SubRegistrar, Sriperumbudur.

2. The Official Liquidator has filed a report stating that the Office of the Administrator was burnt due to fire accident. A letter to that effect was sent to the Registry and therefore the original records cannot be furnished.

3. The statement of the report of the Official Liquidator is taken on record. Consequently, this application is liable to be dismissed and it is dismissed.
