C.M.P.No.5184 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.33743 of 2022 N.MALA,J, This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 224 days in representation of the judgement and decree dated 11.06.2018 made in M.A.C.T.O.P.No.1517 of 2017 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Sub Court, Tiruvannamalai.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, therefore, the delay of 224 days is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

5. Accordingly, this CMP is ordered.
