ORDER
I have gone through the amendment application. The petitioner seeks to rectify the error in the drafting of the prayer originally sought for. The Writ Petition is of the year 2025, it is always open to the Petitioner to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty and file a fresh writ petition challenging the impugned order sought to be challenged by way of the amendment application. To avoid multiplicity of proceedings, an amendment application has been filed. I do not find any change in the substratum of the case. Hence amendment petition is ordered.
