of the S.No.285/3B3, Padiyur Village, Kangeyam Taluk, Tiruppur District from ''o''.

ORDER

The petitioner made an application on 05.08.2019 before the respondent to rectify the error in the online web portal with respect to the classification of land in Survey No.285/3b3 as patta dry land instead of Government Hindu Religious Charitable lands. However, the same is not considered till date and hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition before this Court seeking an appropriate directions.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a suitable direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioners application and pass appropriate orders within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on records. 2/4

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 05.08.2019 and pass appropriate orders after providing opportunity to the petitioner as well as the Hindu Religious Charitable Endownment Department on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
