Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 to 5 to fix the boundaries and survey the petitioners Punjai lands in Patta No.795, lands measuring 4.01 Acres comprised in Survey No.46/6A of Kodalikaruppur Village, Udayarpalayam Taluk, Ariyalur District, with the assistance of the 6th respondent Police, within the time frame fixed by this Court. The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 2 to 5 to survey the property situated in S.No.46/6A with an extent of 4.01 acres at Kodalikaruppur Village, Udayarpalayam Taluk, Ariyalur District, with the assistance of the sixth respondent.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the above mentioned property was purchased by him under the registered sale deed dated 27.11.2023 from one Selvaraj. Thereafter, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 06.08.2024 seeking survey of the above mentioned land and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered, on its own merits, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, he is directed to submit proper online application seeking survey of the land and pay necessary charges within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such online application is made by the petitioner, the third respondent shall consider the 3/6

same, in accordance with law and final order shall be passed within a further period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of such online application, after affording opportunity to the petitioner and the seventh respondent.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
