The present petition has been filed seeking for grant of interim stay as against the impugned order dated 15.10.2020 which was passed by the 3rd respondent herein.

2. The relief sought for in this petition is akin to the relief sought for in the main Writ Petition. Therefore, granting relief herein would be nothing but giving relief in the main Writ Petition which cannot be granted.

3. For the reasons aforesaid, this Petition is dismissed.
