This application has been filed for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to record the evidence of the petitioner as P.W.1.

2. The applicant has filed the Original Petition for grant of probate in favour of the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the petitioner is aged about 75 years and she is unable to move out of the bed and hence, she is not in a position to give evidence before this Court. Hence, an Advocate Commissioner may be appointed for recording the evidence of the petitioner.

3. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.B.Manoharan, residing at G1, Sree Srinivasan, Plot No.27, Seyon Street, MSM Nagar, Valasaravakkam, Chennai - 600 087, Mobile No.9841291464 is appointed as an advocate commissioner for recording evidence of the petitioner.
