2. Learned State Government Pleader submits that the subject writ property would be inspected/surveyed by the officer concerned

and depending upon the survey report, further steps would be undertaken.

3. In view of the said statement made by learned State Government Pleader, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
