O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the respondents herein to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner's Gas Cylinder godown in the name and style of M/s.Shri Annamalayar HP Gas Agencies' based on the complaint dated 18.10.2019.

2. Heard Mr.G.Arul Murugan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first to third respondents and Mr.V.Sivakumar, learned counsel for the fourth respondent

3. A perusal of the materials would show that the injunction order sought for by the opposite party was dismissed by the Court below and hence, the petitioner when tried to enter into the godown which was taken for a lease for a period of 15 years, the same was prevented by the opposite party and a electric fence was put up by the fourth respondent, thereby denying access to enter into the godown. Hence, the complaint came to be preferred by the petitioner.

4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry after issuing notice to the fourth respondent and proceed in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
