C.M.P.No.22796 of 2024 C.M.P.No.22796 of 2024 in S.A.No.911 of 2021 R.SAKTHIVEL,J Mr.G.Vigneshwaran, representing counsel for Ms.R.Poornima, counsel on record for the appellant and Ms.V.Srimathi, learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 4 are before this Court.

2. This petition is filed under Order XXII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, praying to bring on record petitioners 2 to 5 herein as legal heirs of the deceased second appellant in the Second Appeal.

3. Accepting the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments and list the Second Appeal after two weeks.
