This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for an interim direction to the 2nd respondent to keep one post of Assistant Director of Industrial Safety and Health vacant.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents.

3. According to the respondents, the entire vacancies have been duly filled up and as on date, there is no vacancy in the said post.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court does not want to stall the entire recruitment process being conducted by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC). However, it is made clear that in case the petitioner / appellant herein succeeds finally, the respondents have to accommodate the appellant in the available future vacancy. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
