Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner at length, when the matter was posted on 09.04.2019 for production of document which the petitioner claims to have been produced by her vendor and based on that document, she purchased the property. This Court directed the counsel for the petitioner to produce the original document which the petitioner has received and based on it she claims to have purchased the property as bona fide purchaser.

2. Today, when the matter was listed for production of the said document, one Mr.B.Thanush Kumar, learned counsel represented that the petitioner has engaged him to represent the case and the previous counsel has given change of vakalat. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. It is a clear case of dilatory tactics, after obtaining stay of the investigation. When a question was posed by the Court to ascertain whether the submission of the petitioner is genuine or not? an attempt is made to subvert the judicial process as well as the investigation process by changing the counsel. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The first respondent is at liberty to proceed further. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
