Heard Mr.K.P.Pramod Kumar, learned counsel for Mr.J.Ramaswamy Meyyappan, appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Elumalai, the learned Government Advocate for R1 and R2 and Mr.S.Kamaleshkannan, the learned Government Advocate for R3. 2.This petition has been filed praying for an alteration in the cause title, as the applicant contends that his grandmother died on 1st of February 2019, and the petitioner, by virtue of the last Will and Testament, which stands registered, claims entitlement to further pursue this litigation before this Court.

3.The petition is not substantially opposed, and therefore, is allowed.

4.Let the cause title be amended. The petitioner is permitted to pursue the Writ Appeal accordingly.
