ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13378 of 2025 dated 29.04.2025, passed by this Court to appear before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that final report has been filed and the same is taken on file.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13378 of 2025 dated 29.04.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
