ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to survey and fix the boundary stones for the subject lands.

2. Ms.S.Indhu Bala, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.R.Venkatesa Perumal, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the 4th respondent.

3. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had purchased the subject lands by virtue of sale deed dated 13.04.2005. Thereafter, based on the said sale deed, he filed a representation dated 12.08.2025 before the respondents to survey and fix boundary stones for the subject land. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this writ petition.

5. In reply, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would request this Court to grant 4 weeks time to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner.

6. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

7. In the case on hand, initially, the petitioner had purchased the 3/6

subject property vide the sale deed dated 13.04.2005. Based on said sale deed, he filed a representation dated 12.08.2025 to survey and fix boundary stones for the subject land. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date.

In view of the above, this Court directs the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.08.2025 and survey and fix boundary stones at the petitioner's land, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If there is any obstruction in the process of surveying and fixing boundary stones at the subject land, the respondents are at liberty to approach 4th respondent, who shall provide all necessary assistance to the 2nd & 3rd respondents till the completion of process.

9. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
