This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 65 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Notice had been directed to the respondent in the connected condone delay petition in CMP No.23782 of 2025 and the learned counsel had entered appearance for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent has not raised any objection in allowing this petition.

4.Taking note of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
