This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 68 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Notice had been directed to the respondents and the same had been served and the learned counsel had also entered appearance for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents has not raised any objection in allowing this petition.

4.Taking note of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
